Sleeveless tunic or mini dress by comme des garcons (autumn winter 1997). Made from very stretchy, very petrol-y dark blue nylon-polyurethane knit, it has round, scooped neck, narrow cut (designed to be worn tight, stretched over body), combination of self-fabric bands and cover stitch for finishing.
